Return & Exchange Policy

At Waheed Boski, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Period

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unstitched.

Be in its original condition with all original packaging.

Not be damaged due to customer misuse.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

Please record a clear, continuous video while opening your parcel. This video is required for any claim related to a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item.

The video must:

Start before the parcel is opened.

Clearly show the shipping label and sealed package.

Continue without any cuts or edits until all contents are displayed.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product

The complete unboxing video

5. Return Shipping

If we shipped the wrong or a damaged item, we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Cut or stitched fabric

Washed or used products

Items returned after 7 days

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

7. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued through the appropriate payment method.
